I'm terribly hard on my glasses (thankfully I Have several pairs) and I'm constantly popping in for adjustments and repairs. Always greeted with friendly smiles and they go out of the way to meet your requests - in my case usually in tight timeframe. It's such a pleasure to be a client here, highly recommended!! The guy was super helpful, however the young lady that took over was really intense and to be honest seemed only interested in get the sale and out the door you go. I asked for her if she could help with a spare part, a screw. It was all to much, she had my money see ya…… if I can find tinted lenses else where I won’t be going back

Tim, an Optical Dispenser certainly knew his craft and ensured my frames fitted well to accommodate my hearing aids. Tim also understands eye conditions and helped problem solve a need I had for better contrast when reading.
