Massive shout out, though, to Kieran who made the whole process as smooth, easy and stress-free as possible. The staff were very organized and a lovely lady helped me with some trial lenses for the snorkel. I would highly recommend this store for the exceptional service. Also their eye testing equipment is state of the art compared with other optometrists I have been to, thank you for the lenses to allow me to see the fish in the bay!

I called on a Sunday as we are about to head off on a week long trip and my daughter said she won’t have enough contact lenses to last. The man at the store said he could help with some samples whilst the order was being processed. This is what makes legendary service. Thank you.

He was knowledgeable and articulate, explained everything so professionally and I really appreciated that professionalism from him and everyone else that I dealt with on the day. I am looking forward to my new glasses in the next few weeks. Keep up your amazing work!

Customer service was fantastic and so efficient.
The young staff member named Tash, was friendly, helpful and took her time to explain my new glasses and make the adjustments.
