  Paul showed real concern about the problem with water in the garage and investigated the apparent existing drainage system to ensure that there are no blockages. A new sump pump was installed. He visited three times to re-exam the occurrences. Paul suspected that there could be a leak in the nearby water tank. I consequently established that there was in fact a leak in the tank , which has now been repaired. Waiting for the next heavy rains to see whether that was the cause of the problem.
