  Very disappointing service today - the card reader for the photocopier was not working ! Did any staff place a sign to advise customers of this - stood in line for staff to ignore you and not even acknowledge you. Not impressed !

  Completely unhelpful, which is not usually the case. I had ordered a photobook which was supposed to be ready. The people I dealt with were clueless and indifferent, bordering on rude.
  No, it was not busy so that isn't an excuse.
  No reason, explanation or apology was offered as to why they didn't know what was happening with my order or why the product was of such poor quality.
  I will remember today's experience when asked if I can recommend Officeworks.

  Absolutely amazing service at the print shop this morning. The line was quite long and this absolute trooper of an employee was single handedly serving each customer with patience and enthusiasm- having time to converse and treat customers like humans. Absolutely made my day, made me laugh and receive great quality prints.

  A big thank you to the awesome Ash. Who was helpful and always smiling when I needed copies of ancient receipts. Staff at this store are always helpful and cheerful and it is fun to visit.

  Highly recommend this store. All of the staff we have had dealings with both on the phone and in the store have been very helpful and approachable.
  A special mention to both Debbie and Liam who went to extraordinary lengths to help us with our purchase of new mobile phones. They both demonstrate the great skill of balancing extreme professionalism with great personable qualities. They both are a great asset and credit to the company. Well done and thank you.

  Thank you to the printing team at Mornington Officeworks for their help and advice with our Family History book. We met and dealt with many team members as we finalised our needs, and had the 200 page quality publication printed and bound. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The job was completed quickly (given the large task to print 60 copies), and was done well. Overall we were very impressed with the service and the result we received. Again much appreciated.   One of the male staff, at mornington needs to learn more about the mailman service when customers ask for advice.
  Had I followed his advice I would have overpaid by several dollars for the parcel I wished to send, even though I had asked him which was my cheapest option.
  He had no idea, gave me the wrong info & when I pointed out that I thought he was wrong, he turned & rudely said well you didn't need me after all did you & promptly walked off.
  Not a happy customer but I do love the Mailman service offered by officeworks it is tops.
