  I first learned TM with Suzanne in 2017 and have participated in a day retreat and group meditation and knowledge sessions which are always worth attending. I am very thankful that I had meditation to help me navigate COVID 19. Suzanne is always accessible and I highly recommend her as a supportive teacher and mentor. Liz Muller

  I have started meditating very regularly after just doing it "periodically" Besides the calm great feeling, there are more times I am experiencing Synchronicity. Now this is just interesting to experience and I know it is important to transcend this experience. I also am again experiencing more creativity in my lyric writing and music. The ultimate experience I know is Trancendental Consciousness.

  I have spent a great deal of money and time on different areas of self development over the years and enjoyed many of the minor benefits. My family and I did this together and it was by far the best thing i have ever done in this area. It has improved my life in many ways and best of it it was simple and fun. I could not recommend it highly enough.

  I went to the free introductory talk here and learnt a lot more than expected about different types of mediation, the teacher is very experienced and even though I suffer from anxiety, made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I recommend this to anyone interested in the benefits of meditation. Looking forward to learning TM at the Ringwood Transcendental Meditation location next week.
