  Easy to deal with
  Mark was a delight to deal with, he negotiated our offer with the vendor successfully and a deal was struck only a few hours after our first viewing. He has gone out of his way to assist us during the contracting process and now beyond. He is a great communicator and incredibly responsive. We love our new house, thanks to Mark and the team at Belle Property Mornington.

  If you want amazing results and no stress, Mark and his team are your answer!
  Despite being in lockdown, Mark managed to sell our home for a price we were really happy with.
  He talked us through the entire process and was there to support us during very step.
  He and his team gave sensational advice to ensure our house was presented in a way to appeal to the correct buyer for our property.
  We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who was looking to sell a home in the area.

  It was a pleasure selling our house with Brett/Belle. His honesty and integrity shone through. Communication was excellent. Brett delivered the results, he got what he said the house was worth. Would not go with any other agent. Could recommend Brett more highly.

  Listed our house $100,000 less than what we asked and we had to get it changed after them saying it would make them look bad, tried to bully us into an auction we didn’t want. The initial ad was cut and pasted dot points from another ad and we had to call and get something decent written. No help what so ever after the sale. Disgusted with them to be honest and feel ripped off with 1.98% charge. Not earned. And Yes I have proof of it all. Beware.

  Excellent experience
  We met Brett over the phone when we rang to enquire about a property. We could instantly tell he was a genuine person with our best interests in mind. At the open for inspection he was welcoming and knew all of the essential knowledge we were looking for about the property. During the offers process he was transparent and clear with all of this communication and made everything as smooth as it could be. Brett was evidently very happy when he called us to congratulate us on the purchase of our family home. We can't thank him enough.
