    Melanie, Jay and the team provided amazing care for my daughter when we had concerns with her eye. I am grateful for their caring and immediate assistance. They made both of us feel comfortable and addressed our worries immediately, despite us not being existing clients. We'll be back.

    The service, care and attention you receive here is amazing. I'm terribly hard on my glasses (thankfully I Have several pairs) and I'm constantly popping in for adjustments and repairs. Always greeted with friendly smiles and they go out of the way to meet your requests - in my case usually in tight timeframe. It's such a pleasure to be a client here, highly recommended!! Thanks guys, you're wonderful.

    I’d love to say the service was awesome. I was referred to the them by a lovely lady in Mornington OPSM. The guy was super helpful, however the young lady that took over was really intense and to be honest seemed only interested in get the sale and out the door you go. I asked for her if she could help with a spare part, a screw. It was all to much, she had my money see ya…… if I can find tinted lenses else where I won’t be going back

    This Practice has a good vibe and an excellent range of Spectacle Frames and Sunglasses. Tim, an Optical Dispenser certainly knew his craft and ensured my frames fitted well to accommodate my hearing aids. Tim also understands eye conditions and helped problem solve a need I had for better contrast when reading.

    Fabulous customer service. Kind and caring, over and above. They take the time to ensure you are happy with your fit and choice of frame and readjustments are no issue for these guys.
    Over the phone re orders for contacts are met with a no problem unlike other places.
    Very happy to be their client.
