I then had to follow up a couple of times to get a response about the mistake AND had to pay to send it back (I pointed this out and included the receipt for the postage and was still not reimbursed) despite it being their mistake - and turns out they never had the size I ordered and paid for. Really disappointing as I loved the products on the website, and looks like a lovely store.
EDIT: In reference to the owners response - I have email proof it was not 12 hours that it took to reply. I emailed Thursday 7.25pm and was responded to after I followed up on Saturday at 10.03am. My main issue was being sent the wrong item and having to pay to send it back. Staff are wonderful. The shopping experience is always fun and pleasurable. I always leave with an outfit that makes me feel 100% goddess.
