  I WISH 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. after having our surgery appointment cancelled because of covid, Elise said they would rebook the surgery within the month. 4 months later, no phone call and the clinic is completely uncontactable. The phone line goes to hold and immediately cuts off at the 4 min mark. We made the 2hr drive to go rebook a surgery appointment only to find the clinic looks to be abandoned. We are now chasing thousands of dollars that Elise never refunded when the surgery was cancelled as well as all our test results. Elise is completely incompetent at running a clinic and her bedside manner is awful. The appointments always felt rushed as if she wanted to push through as many patients as possible to make money. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve never met a more incompetent doctor and clinic in my life

  After waiting months for tonsillectomy and adenectomy with a different ENT and no surgery in sight. We got in contact with DR Elise rooms. Appointment booked within a week, surgery 10 days later! Dr. Elise is extremely thorough and fantastic at what she does. My 3yr old son was very comfortable with her, and recovered from the surgery with no issues. Whilst yes she may be a little over the top with covid procedures, it's such a minor thing and she is working in people's mouths! I would have no hesitation at recommending her.

  I had the pleasure of seeing Elise for my first born who had glue ear and recurrent ear infections after having consulted with a lot of other ENTs. She was the only doctor who was able to make a strong connection with my daughter and who she trusted. In the end she needed a tonsillectomy but Elise was super conscious of demands on myself as a parent and the fact that I had a premmie bub at home to care for as well. Elise was concerned for my welfare as a parent caring for my eldest post surgery as well as my little one. Her advice was absolutely spot on. I would never have managed the two demands. My eldest's condition was managed with grommets for 6 months allowing my youngest time to grow and thrive and then we tackled the successful tonsillectomy together. Thank you Elise for your superb care.

  I could not recommend Elise enough. She is professional, thorough, and caring. Two of my children have had grommets put in by Elise and the results have been amazing. Her attention to detail, especially with current health protocols makes me know that my precious children were in the safest of hands. Thanks so much Elise :-)
