From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted like an old friend (I had never attended before) and was given a tour of the amazing facilities.
Not only was the session an intense workout (my body was sore the next day) but the trainers always checked up on me to check if I was ok and give advise.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Whenever I am back in Mornington I am coming back!
