Lucky for me, Sarah Jones was there to help and she sorted it all out in a flash! I even had time to grab a bite before going back to work! Much appreciated, great customer service!

Telstra lost my NBN business to iinet because of this, unfortunately I wont take my mobile business elsewhere because of Telstra's superior network, even though I could get a better deal elsewhere.
