  Deplorable customer service and lack of business integrity.
  We had made reasonable requests for items on the property to be repaired, replaced or fitted, we have had either no response, a slow response or a promise that is never delivered. This has been the overall experience for our almost two year lease on a property that we were spending $33,000 a year to have the privilege of living in.
  We were also given misguided advice on when we could vacate under new laws by one of the agents in the sales team, this cost us $1,150.81 on rent we should never have had to pay.
  If the difference is your people, perhaps it would be worthwhile investing in customer service trainig.

  Suzanne Pearce was my Property Manager at a rental in Mornington. She always presented well and was very professional. Suzanne was also very relatable and was able to hold a conversation, which was pleasing. I had an overall good experience with this agency and if I had a rental property, I would be using the services of Suzanne Pearce!

  We received an email to advise us that the rent list had been transferred to OBriens Mornington. I then received an email from them stating that the method of payments for rent have been changed, and that we would now have to pay a fee to pay our rent. They don't care that this isn't in our lease. They stated that even though the bank doesn't charge them for the transaction, that this is the cost to them of processing the payment. I say it is the cost of doing business, and that is what the landlord pays them for.

  Our offer for a home in Mount Martha was accepted a week ago and upon receiving the full contract, I noticed the advertised land size is 34% more than the actual land size on the contract. I texted the agent Kayn Luff to clarify the discrepancy and instead of addressing my concerns, he informs me that he has another buyer interested and I can walk away if I like. When I told him that we are not keen to move forward few days later, he had the audacity to call us out for not informing him earlier. Firstly I wouldn’t have made an offer if I wasn’t seriously buying. Secondly, dishonesty is unethical and his lack of integrity has raised alarm bells on the quality of the property which may not be a true reflection of the vendor or the property. Thirdly, I am not obligated to him as long as I work within the legal framework. Kayn cannot be trusted and I am shocked by his numerous glowing reviews and disgusted at how the Realestate app only allows successful buyers and sellers to share their experience.
