  Courteous & friendly as soon as you walk through the door. Staff are knowledgeable and always ready to help if you need to know the best cut for your needs. The produce.... OH THE PRODUCE!!!! Best I've had in a decade. Will only get my goods from them, including the jams, sauces, gravy, stock, eggs and even wines... Keep up the good work all. See you soon!

  All their beef is aged (wet aged) and tastes fantastic.
  
  I buy all my beef here. I found this the only butcher down this way that has aged beef. The others sell yearling that is aged 5 days (that is how long it took to get there from the abattoirs)

  Would love to give 5 stars for their quality of meat, but the in store experience was awful with the rude, ignorant staff. RACISM IS NOT OKAY!

  We travel to Mornington specifically to buy our meat from their friendly team. We’ve been buying from Prime Cuts for many years and not been disappointed.
  At times we have bought from our local butcher only to be disappointed with quality.
  They cut our selections to our needs and pack into trays.
  It’s well worth the drive for quality and service.
