  Just gave birth to my second baby here, my stay has been just as amazing as the first time. Would give 1000/5 stars if I could. The midwives and my obstetrician are the best of the best, food is heavenly, the rooms are so lovely, care & facilities are second to none. Feels like a little holiday stay!

  This is the best experience I have ever had at a hospital!
  From start to finish everyone was so so nice. My anaesthetic doctor and his nurse, my surgeon, the helpers in the room were all so kind caring nice and fun!
  A special shout out to Tabitha and Andy! Amazing nurses. From start to finish they were amazing and so much fun! I am so thankful I got blessed with such amazing nurses and for all my future operations I know which hospital I will be coming to if I get a choice! Thank you so much for everything. Best experience I have honestly ever had and I have had my fair share of operations.

  Really pleasant experience at The Bays Hospital. Everyone who I dealt with was so kind and helpful. I felt very well cared for and the sandwiches were great. They also followed up on me the next day which was very nice of them.

  I want to acknowledge the wonderful care I have received over the last 4 days at The Bays Hospital.
  
  From the time I arrived in admissions to theatre , recovery and then onto the ward, the care has been very professional warm and caring. Mr Winters and his team have been tremendous, a very special thank you to the outstanding nurses on the Coolart ward, along with catering staff for really yummy meals , the environmental staff in keeping the room very clean and sanitised all your hard efforts have been very appreciated.

  Excellent experience here at The Bays. My wife had our second child here after having our first at a big public hospital a few years back.
  
  Not a dig at the public system but obviously the experience here was so much better.
  
  Everything from the obs appointments to the discharge was excellent. Could not fault any of it.

  Had a relative there 18 months ago--------excellent she is back there March 2018, would recomend.
  
  Sadly our mother past away at 92, staff were just fabulous in every respect, [including understanding and support for the family]

  I was recently in the "Coolart" wing of the Bays. Wow. Nice modern clean room. The staff were excellent. I had 4 nurses look after me during my stay. Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff. The check in/out staff were efficient and friendly. Well done.

  Self funded paid in full over 3grand for nasal surgery and they tried to rip me off twice, first time they tried to charge me for an overnight stay even though I was in for a day surgery and left during the afternoon then they send me a invoice in the mail 2months later asking for $144 for Nose packing used during surgery...how dumb do you have to be to not include that in the estimate, every nose surgery has dressing and packing, I even looked up the brand of nose packing and it was only $30 to buy online. I will not be recommending this place to my social media follows and friends at all

  I found myself unexpectedly in high care before Christmas, and in hospital for Christmas itself, during this time the staff were excellent, polite, and accommodating, when I was transferred to a ward room I found it to be clean and spacious and the same level of care continued.

  I can not fault The Bays Hospital at all. The staff were amazing. They did not skip a beat. They were so professional, they took care of my newborn and I in every way possible. I will most definitely be having my second baby there. They took care of us so well that I felt guilty. After my experience there I could see why the maternity unit is considered one of the finest in the country, and why Medibank Private customers awarded it as the Highest Rated Maternity Unit in Australia. I can not recommend The Bays enough.
