- Andrew Cowan Added April 17, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Manhatten Express, on behalf of Cowan Motors, I am the Office Manager for Andrew Cowan and Cowan Motor Services, I would like to clarify and denounce your review above. At the time and owing to the frustration of our phone system regarding the NBN installation, our phones were working intermittently for three weeks, thus the urgency to return your call was put in a queue along with other customers and inquiries. Your arrogance and attitude regarding the intended booking you requested overrode your ability to understand that Cowan Motor Services was no longer able to quote or carryout your request. You would not accept that along with all the modern technology that is required now, as a one person operation, the decision not to be able to carryout your request was made clear, you were the one who abused the decision in no uncertain terms and thus, if we were able to assist, would we do it, perhaps not!
